Sharing

MatterCAD lets you share your designs with other users through share codes. This makes it easy to collaborate on designs or distribute your work.

Sharing a Design

1. Right-click on a design in your Cloud Library
2. Select Share
3. A share code is generated that you can send to others

Receiving a Shared Design

1. Get a share code from someone
2. Use the Redeem Share Code option in the library
3. The shared design is added to your library

Tips

• Share codes work with designs stored in the Cloud Library
• The recipient gets a copy of the design – changes they make don’t affect your original
• Share codes can be distributed through any channel: email, chat, social media, etc.
