Operations

Operations modify, combine, and transform objects in your design. MatterCAD organizes operations into groups that match the toolbar in the application.

Operation Groups

• Boolean - Combine, subtract, and intersect objects to create complex shapes

• Transform - Move, rotate, scale, and mirror objects

• Placement - Align objects and fit them to specific bounds

• Reshape - Deform and modify object geometry with curve, twist, pinch, and more

• Array - Create patterns of duplicated objects in linear or radial arrangements

• Path - Operations for working with 2D paths, including extrude and revolve

• Mesh - Repair and optimize mesh geometry

• Image - Convert images to 3D objects and paths
