Pinch
Pinch compresses the back of an object inward, with the effect increasing toward the top. This creates a tapered or squeezed appearance.
How to Use
- Select an object
- Apply the Pinch operation from the Reshape menu
- Adjust the pinch percentage
Parameters
- Back Ratio - How much the back of the part is pinched inward (0-300%, default: 50%). Higher values = more compression
Tips
- Pinch works from back to front, compressing the rear of the object
- Use this to create tapered, narrowing shapes from rectangular or cylindrical objects
- For radial (all-around) compression, use Radial Pinch instead
